‘Click to Pay’ feature

Click to Pay offers customers with a method to make their  ICICI Bank credit card bill payment. It can be done through the medium of net banking or debit cards. This facility is available for payment through accounts with other banks. The payment you make through Click to Pay should be made at least 3 days prior to the due date. This is due to the fact that it takes 3 working days for the payment to reach the ICICI bank credit card account. Therefore, that shall enable you to avoid late payment charges.   • Visit the ICICI Bank
  • Click on the option ‘Personal’ visible on the menu bar.

    • You will further receive a Transaction Reference Number once the transaction takes place.

Bill Pay’ feature

ICICI Bank customers can also make payments for their credit cards through the feature of ‘Bill Pay’. One needs to have ICICI account to make use of the feature. The payment you make credits within 2 working days. The steps to make use of ‘Bill Pay’ feature are as follows

  • Visit the ICICI Bank website.
  • Next, click on ‘Personal’ on the menu bar.
  • Then, click on ‘Payments’.

‘VMT Payments’ feature

The customers of ICICI Bank can use Visa credit cards in order to make ICICI Bank credit card bill payment. The bills should be paid 3 working days prior to the due date to avoid any late charges. The steps to do it are as follows

NEFT Payments

The other bank’s account you make the payment from should be enabled with NEFT facility. The requirement is to use Transaction Code 52 and IFS Code ICIC000013 for ICICI Bank as the destination bank. The payment credits within a period of 1 working day.

  • Draw the cheque in favor of ICICI Bank Credit Card, followed by the 15/16 digit credit card number.
  • Mentioning of name and telephone number on the reverse of the cheque.
  • Payments credits within 3 working days for ICICI Bank cheque.
  • For Non-ICICI Bank cheque, payment credits in 6 working days.
  • Outstation cheque take 12 working days at ICICI Bank Branch locations.
  • Outstation cheque take 21 working days at non-ICICI Bank Branch locations.

Cash payments

Cash payments can be made at any of the ICICI Bank branches. It takes one working day to credit the payment. It takes the charges of INR 100, added with the service tax.

Auto Debit feature

Auto Debit Facility requires the ICICI Bank credit card holders to follow the following steps

  • Visit the ICICI Bank website.
  • Click on ‘Personal’ on the menu bar.
  • Further, click on ‘Products’.
  • Then, visit the webpage on ‘Credit Card’.
